We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after placing your order to request a return.

Please note: You will need your online order number. You can find your order number in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for purchases made on bentrodtherapy.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift card, items that have been worn or, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Bent Rod Therapy does not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can simply return and re-order in two separate transactions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received at our warehouse all refunds will be processed within 48 business hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bentrodtherapy@gmail.com.
